Community Guidelines

Here I Am - Community Guidelines

Welcome to Here I Am! We are happy to welcome you to your church communities’ page. Our mission is
to provide a space to deepen the level of engagement with your congregation during times of worship
and throughout the rest of the week. The good words of the Bible support these guidelines to help you
understand how to engage with your community on Here I Am as well as what to expect from others.

Ephesians 4:29
"Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen."

When a post is created this message should be at the forefront. All content should contribute to
spreading positivity and good thoughts within your congregation. Nothing should be posted with the
intent to harm any person, place, or thing.

Proverbs 15:1
“A sensitive answer turns back wrath, but an offensive word stirs up anger”

Active debates around controversial topics are best served in conversations directly among people. For
difficult topics, postings often do not convey the desired sensitivity, and good intentions can often be
misconstrued. These topics are best handled via direct conversations.
In the rare instance where an inappropriate post is made, any user can report a post to the
administrators for appropriate actions to be taken if needed. Here I Am Administrators for your church
have the ability to remove a post or user if inappropriate material is shared (and are alerted once any
report is made).
We hope that adhering to these guidelines will allow all within your congregation to have a great
experience within Here I Am!
